1. Prepare your paper

2. Submit your paper
- InfoScale2009 will use ASSYST paper submission and review. To submit or review your paper:
[2] Select option number one to log in.
[3] If you are not a registered user yet, you may choose to register on this page. (Your password will be e-mailed to you). If you are registered user already, log in with your e-mail and password.
[4] Find the 'InfoScale 2009', and click the 'Submit a paper'.
[5] Select the paper type (a. Full Paper, b. Short Paper, c. Invited Paper) you wish to submit to, and click on 'NEXT'.
[6] Fill in the details of your paper (title, abstract) and select the primary and secondary topics from the menu. Click on 'Next'. Check the details of your paper. If everything is correct, click on 'Submit'
[7] When all the data are uploaded and in the correct format, please, click on the icon that says 'Upload manuscript'.
[8] Here you can upload your paper by using the 'Browse' button (Only pdf format can be uploaded).
[9] After you have successfully uploaded your paper, you will see the list of your papers as well as their statuses. You may modify and re-upload new versions of your papers before the review phase starts. After the reviewers have started to review your paper(s), you cannot make any further changes.
[10] Before uploading the Camera Ready version of your accepted Paper, please follow the Instructions on formatting your camera-ready paper on the conference website.
3. Register for the conference
- One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
- One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
- Please go to the Registration page to register for the conference.
IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.
4. Submit your final paper
- All camera-ready papers must be formatted by LNICST requirements. Please do format your papers according to the LNICST templates (single column, up to 20 pages, different from previous submission templates). See here for more information.
- After your successful registration, you will receive a message with instructions on how to upload your camera-ready paper(s). If you do not receive your instructions, please contact the conference the .
- For uploading the camera-ready version of your accepted papers, please follow the 'Instructions on Uploading Your Camera-Ready paper' [ PDF ][ DOC ]. You may also download these instructions from here on the ICST official website.
